Question: How long will it take to ship my order?

Answer: Once payment is received, most orders are shipped within 5 business days. US Residents, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. International order delivery time can vary depending on location.

Question: Can I purchase other Wilker's items that are not listed on this site?

Answer: The only items available to purchase direct are the products listed. All of our other items must be purchased from one of our Authorized Dealers.

Question: Do you accept returns?

Answer: Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery with the exception of embroidered items which cannot be returned. Returns need to be in like new condition.
